We can ship to virtually any address in the contiguous United States.

I have a P.O. box or APO/FPO address?
Sorry, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Contact us at customerservice (at) spartadog.com to inquire about placing a custom order.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

 

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

 

How Do I Return an Item?

If you need to return an item, you must call us at 888-879-6771 or email support@spartadog.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without an RMA will incur a 10% restocking fee in addition to any fees indicated below.

Any products that have been used, display excessive wear, are dirty, have pet hair on them, dog fence wire removed from the spool, used dog fence flags, or other signs of prolonged use are not eligible for a refund. The following products due to health and sanitation issues, if used or opened are not eligible for refunds: Spotty Training Place, WizDog and Doggie Dooley products.

Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your product was shipped directly from the manufacturer, we will provide you with the address for returning the product. If these items are shipped to us, we will charge you the cost of shipping the item(s) to the manufacturer or we may, at our option, refuse delivery.

Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number.

Include the Following with the Return:

  • Original invoice or packing slip
  • Write your RMA number on the outside of the box
  • Send to the address we provided you

Refused / Return To Sender - If you refuse delivery of an order or send the order back as return to sender, you will be charged both the original shipping fee as well as the cost of return shipping plus a 10% restocking fee.

 

Restocking Fee Breakdown 

15% Restocking Fee: 

Pet Beds, Dog Houses, Pet Ramps, Booster Bath, Booster Bath Ramps, Pet Gates, Crates, Cages, Pens and Kennels, Exercise Pens, Pet Barriers, Pet Strollers 

 

10% Restocking Fee: 

All items not listed above are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Exchanges

If an item is exchanged for a similar item of different size or color the restocking fee will be waived on the original order. NOTE: Restocking Fees for Crates, Cages and Gates are not eligible to be waived. 

 

When will I get my refund?

You should expect to receive your refund within two to three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed your return.

 

Return policies and procedures may change without notice. All customers are bound by our return policies and procedures in effect at the time a return is made.
